这首歌的演唱者Joel Hanson和Sara Groves是两个乡村歌手。
歌词比较简单，通俗易懂，节奏轻快，唱起来也琅琅上口。词义很好理解，我觉得这首歌很适合现代人的心理，莫名的就给自己加负担，负重前行也给自己添加了无尽的苦恼。只是没有个引路人指导着给自己释放包袱，因为一个人有太多地放不下，也不知道该放下什么，舍弃什么，活得很累。
在这个社会中，不免要接受很多东西，虽然我们也在极力排斥。保持一颗纯净的心也不容易，只是应该给自己留一方净土，让心灵在疲惫的时候有地方憩息。
就像歌词中说得那样，卸下负重，轻装前行，精神在升腾的同时也找到了自由。
