一首《Nine Million Bicycles》（两年前推荐过）让我深深的记住了Katie Melua，而这首歌在我的随身听里优雅地躺了一年多之久，百听不厌。今天，推荐Katie Melua的深情之作《When You Taught Me》，听得骨头酥了不要怪我。

声线兼备蓝调、民谣、爵士味道的Katie Melua，常被乐评拿来与诺拉琼丝相提并论。但她那相较甜美清澈的年轻嗓音，让人遥想起已逝的跨界流行爵士美声Eva Cassidy。而在被Mike Batt发掘的那天，Katie所演唱的正好就是受Eva启发而学下的创作曲“Faraway Voice”。此外，她也自承在音乐方面受到Queen、Joni Mitchell、Bob Dylan和印度音乐及爱尔兰民谣等多类乐风的影响。

katie是我最喜欢的声音，没有之一，还记得05年疯狂英语有一期有介绍她的《几近疯狂的感觉》，瞬间爱上了。强烈推荐她的On.The.Road.Again.(Live.at.Fairfield.Halls.Croydon)].演唱会，真是如梦如醉。BTW，我最爱她的《i cried for you》
