由Emily、Martie与Natalie三位青春少女组成的南方小鸡（Dixie Chicks，又称“狄克西女子合唱团”）组合无疑是当今最红的乡村组合，葛莱美及其他美英奖项对她们青睐有加，她们的头两张专辑《Wide Open Spaces》（98年）和《Fly》（99年）成绩娇人，不仅屡获殊荣，而且销量双双突破千万大关。而这首她们3人谱写的I believe in love选自她们2002年8月的专集《Home》，本张专集更是包办了CMA、全美音乐奖与葛莱美奖的“年度最佳乡村专集”、“最佳乡村组合唱团体”等最主要的奖项。I believe in love是专集里的第5首，在抒情的旋律中唱出了对于纯真爱情的信念，透过吉他与小提琴的烘托，不但主唱Natalie的歌声显得比较唯美，另外两人的和声也几乎天衣无缝，相当的讨好。

果不其然，
主唱Natalie的歌声是唯美派的，Emily和Martie配唱只是对其的更加凸显，并且使音乐更具欣赏性。

恩,"南方小鸡"这个翻译不大好听,怪怪的,为什么不叫南方小妞呢~

这是个不错的注意，
不过，个人觉得，“小妞”二字对她们的音乐风格来说，好像不太适合。
如果是小鸡的话，还会觉得比较惬意。
