英国当红电视选秀节目“超级偶像”（Pop Idol）亚军歌手嘉瑞斯-盖茨（Gareth Gates）带来的《我们都会错》，是翻唱“西城男孩”（Westlife）的一首认错情歌。
　一次出轨，追悔莫及，请求爱人原谅。歌词和旋律都很清爽，典型的西城曲风。细细品品他唱的词也挺逗的，一方面请人原谅，另一方面又百般推脱；自己犯了错误还要拉上所有的人为他垫背：我是一个陷入诱惑的傻瓜，我犯了个愚蠢的错误，但这会发生在所有人身上，你该理解……这种道歉你会接受么?

歌手简介:
　　一个有语言障碍的男孩，在成长过程中充满了挫折，但是当他全心唱歌时，却释放出纯净清亮、充满情感且足以让人感动落泪的歌声。2001年夏天，不畏语言障碍的他，以天使般的嗓音，第一次出现在评审与电视机观众前，深深的感动并震撼了所有人。在超过半年的长时间竞赛，并与一万个参赛者激烈角逐之后，于2002年2月9日成为英国当红电视选秀节目“Pop Idol”观众决选亚军歌手。同年三月以首支翻唱单曲《Unchained Melody》（奔放的旋律），初尝单曲榜冠军滋味，随后的第二支单曲《Anyone Of Us》也是顺利拿下冠军宝座。
