高亢又悲伤A Lonely Voice-October Project

October Project在短暂的三年职业生涯中，用充满空灵高远而悲伤的旋律创作了两张专辑。他们那激越而哀伤的的风格受到20世纪90年代流行音乐和New Age风格的影响，但相对其它流行音乐，他们似乎接近于百老汇风格。
“A Lonely Voice”选自他们的首张专辑《October Project》，主唱Mary Fahl用无以仑比的、强有力的高亢嗓音诠释了专辑中的每一首歌。当时，几乎所有的女歌手都在用缥缈的声音演唱，这使Mary Fahl显得非常与众不同。她的嗓音成为和声的焦点，好似在众人的歌声之中飞翔。悦耳的旋律由Emil Adler创作，他还负责演奏钢琴，键盘和脚踏式风琴。Marina Belica也负责键盘，并且在几乎每首歌中作为Mary Fahl的二声部出现。David Sabatino对节奏音效和电吉他的处理富于民谣色彩。乐队的第五个成员不是搞音乐的：Adler的妻子，Julie Flanders，写了专辑大部分歌词，她的歌词把微妙的神秘主义与朴实的情感结合起来，她把故事与对音乐的向往紧紧结合在一起。
在第二张专辑(Falling Father in)推出后不久这个组合即宣告解散。令歌迷感到欣慰的是，2003年，这个组合重新站到一起，出了他们的第三张专辑Different Eyes。

喜欢这样高亢的歌声，听着它，感觉自己好振奋，身上有用不完的冲劲。可惜，这样好的乐队，就短短几年时间就解散了。总之，大家都加油吧。听完歌后，冲啊。朝梦想冲刺哦！
